I’m not a typical fitness blogger, who has an enviable six pack and eats perfectly aligned fruit on top of porridge. I’m also not a fitness fanatic who really enjoys working out. What I am though, is someone who fell into the latter of the phrase ‘you’ll either lose a stone or put on a stone at university’ and wants to shift it. And fast.
